Super friendly staff. The Hotel was clean and inviting. The room was small but more than adequate for what it is intended for.The full English breakfast was awesome, most places you tend to have a full English, the taste comes across as a generic, this however (as you read in the hotels description) is locally sourced and you can certainly taste the difference. The location is great with everything (South Beach/Town Centre) accessible within a 15 minute walk, newsagents/local shop/Cash point is

We had a lovely sea view room, bed was really comfy. Good sized ensuite bathroom. The room was nicely decorated and felt modern. Breakfast was good its nice to have a non greasy full English. Ian and Virginia were really nice and talked to us about what we were going to do in scarborough.

Nice and friendly family/staff and helpful. The food and room were excellent. Lots of up to date leaflets available with things to do for all weathers. The family remembered us from last years stay which was nice. - Very friendly staff. Convenience of a car park and licenced bar.

Breakfast was very good, and service was perfect. Location was five minutes walk from the beach and a twenty minute stroll from town. Room (superior) was lovely, cosy but spacious and with a nice view of the castle. The owners were helpful and friendly. Overall a nice place to stay.
