Mo colleague and I stayed here to see a gig at Wembley. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was clean and tidy. Despite what had been said neither of us had to queue for showers or toilets. Having stayed in many a hostel from Africa to America I can highly recommend this one. -

The service was AMAZING! The contact was absolutly stunning and i've never been so taken care of by an hotel before. They really cared and were so sweet to us. Staff very friendly and helpful, only problem was we were on the 3rd floor and as we are very senior, me 76 and Brian 82 found the steps difficult. We enjoyed our breakfast as we had just crashed out the night before as we had flown in direct from Australia. Suggest you make a space on your booking forms re allocation of rooms for elderly.
The ensuite was fine and we would stay there again, BUT on a lower floor.
