The gentleman who owned the hotel was very polite from the start. We were upgraded to a larger room because the hotel was quiet and the hotel itself was spotlessley clean. Hotel Valentine is such a nice & great place to stay in Black pool. Situated in prime location. Only 5 minutes walk from Black pool north Rail station. And all the key attractions of Black pool like Black pool Tower, Sea world, Winter Garden, Madame Tussads and the beach front are on walking distance.

The staff were a friendly couple of men but lacked a little on personal appearance, they refuse stag/hen parties so you can be sure of a safe family b&b. the location is within 1 min of funny girls, 4 min to see front, 10 min to tower. Our room was quite spacious, for Blackpool B&B, and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and it was all clean.

We were travelling with our 2 young boys of 5 and 8 and were very pleased with the family room as it had an adjoining room for the boys so we all had lots of space.
We loved the spa bath!
Tram stop right outside the hotel made travelling up and down the promenade very easy!
Excellent value for money - we enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal - we will come back again if we can find the same deal of £105 per night half-board for a family room.

I liked the professionalism of the hotel owners, their helpfulness and courteous approach in settling in quickly, to what was a superb room. Cleanliness, space to move around, attention to your needs, as well as being able to let my hair down and have a laugh with the staff. It was also good to hear that they had a No Tolerance approach to anyone who may be disruptive/refuse these types of individuals. We really enjoyed our stay at the trentham hotel, the room was lovely and clean and all the staff were really welcoming and friendly, they have everything you need and the breakfast was lovely and plenty with excellent and quick service, highly recommended we are going to take our children to stay as it is a lovely family hotel also
