... lo que la gente dice » e fantastic. The facilities were excellent as we could prepare a meal in the kitchen and eat it at the beautiful oak dining table in the lounge/dining room. At the same time watching one of the many DVDs available. The location was excellent for the city centre and also for the old town leading to Holyrood Palace. -
Booking was easy. This was followed by the landlord texting us and calling us with the c/in details. Arival and stay was hassle-free. Sav was very helpful and even supplied us with bread and cereal for breakfast. Though we only met on the last day of our stay - she ensured that she called every day and inquired into our stay and gave us hints on how to enjoy Edinburgh better.

Very clean, very smart and I would thoroughly recommend. I travelled with my two boys (11 and 12) for the Open at Muirfield and was great for access to Edinburgh Waverley whilst being right next to Calton Hill and 15 mins from Arthur's Seat (bottom not top) for the great views of Edinburgh. -

Definitely best choice for Edinburgh. Have stayed at Balmoral 3 times already, and every time was an exceptionally pleasant experience. Great to have so much space. The apartment was very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. We had a great time sitting at the widow "people watching" on the royal mile. A perfect location. would highly recommend it - Easy to get to, extremly comfy, clean and lots of little extras you dont get in a hotel.

This was a fantastically positioned apartment, right in the middle of eveything, although the street was quiet at night which meant that sleeping was not a problem. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable, infact my children want to move here! Very close to all the main areas and sights, with easy access to the main rail station. Excellent lo

The Owners of the appartment are extremely pleasant, helpful and responsive........nothing is to much trouble and the communication was excellent. The appartment is fantastic, with a large living space, large comfortable bedrooms and a well equiped kitchen. The location is fantastic,nothing is more than a 10 min walk away, at most. Highly recommended and great value for money - well will return. Thank you!
