everything,from the warm welcome,taking care of our bags,being close to town,lovely room,nice and clean, comfy beds,brilliant breakfast,and secure place to keep our luggage so we could squeeze every last minute out of our holiday,and only five minute walk from railway station, and only a few feet away from the entrance to the medieval walls....altogether a brilliant place, a added bonus we loved was all the fun plaques outside each bedroom,it brought history alive.

my friends and i came to york for a couple of days there was supposed to be four of us but one pulled out so two were booked in your hotel i myself was booked into the travel lodge on arriving at premier inn we noticed that we could have all stayed in the one room but i went down to travel lodge and went to room i we were totaly dissgusted it was v

Close to the main train station and to one of the city gates giving
access to the city walls. Easy walking distance to the sites of the old
city. Effective air conditioning, which was necessary during the week we
were visiting.Overall, a very comfortable, family friendly business type

Bar Convent is lovely. It's cheap, clean, safe, quiet, comfortable, welcoming and convenient for central York.
It isn't luxurious, but you don't choose to stay in a working convent if you want luxury. Everything you need is there and more, including a huge garden which is a big plus in York city centre.
It's also wonderful as a solo traveller to stay somewhere that doesn't make you feel like a second-class guest and has thought about the facilities you'll want, like a communal sitting room, din

very welcoming, unfortunately, due to snow we had to leave early and we were given a discount due to this. We were expecting to pay full price, so this was a very nice gesture. - very good breakfast and friend staff.

The kitchen was very well equipped, all the equipment you might need when cooking for yourself and a good selection of groceries was provided (more than promised in the details). La habitación y el personal. - it was new years eve .we shopped ate and went into town for the local night life.we visited the museum and skating rink and had a wonderful time - The place was clean and comftable and is situated in a quite road but still close to the town centre

The location is great - around 10 mins to the city wall and a further 10 to the centre. It was lovely inside too - we stayed in the rose suite which was perfect - very cosy and romantic! Se ve que se fijan en los detalles, es muuy coqueto. En lineas generales muy bien - The staff that were there were excellant and could not do enough for us.. Its situation to york was fantastic only a five min walk. - The staff member we dealt with at reception was very friendly, helpful and always willing to help at any point.
