Seriously, you could not get a better location, it really is in the
heart of the royal mile and only 5 mins walk from the railway station.
The staff are the most helpful, friendly and accommodating people -

The two brothers who own the apartment were so helpful and
accommodating. They provided information about where to eat, what to
see. From the moment we arrived they made us feel very welcomed. We
arrived early before check-in so they moved our apt. Up the line to be
prepped. They also stored our bags so we could enjoy the afternoon. The
apartment is extremely comfortable (good beds and linen!) and directly
overlooks all the bustle and excitement of Edinburgh's Royal Mile.

Lo elejimos por precio y ubicacion.la zona es excelente, con vistas al parque y a 10 minutos del centro. las camas son muy confortables. el hotel muy tranquilo y si quieres tomar algo y ver el ambiente de los puff escoceses solo tienes que bajar las escaleras ....( Ya es la segunda vez que estamos.) - el trato del personal
