Friendly reception staff. We stayed in triple room which although was quite compact, was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Adequate supply of drinks. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Fruit juice, cereals and toast. Hot food consists of eggs, beans and mushrooms, no meat. The location was ideal for sight seeing, a 20 minute walk

The location was great since it was near the Baker tube station. The
hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and modern. We had a triple
room since my husband and I took my mother for her birthday and it was a
little small but very doable since the room had adequate storage. The
beds and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was included. Staff
was very friendly. They checked our card at night when we entered to
make sure we were guests.

The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it.
The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard.
The people couldn't possibly have been nicer and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. These personal touches make all the difference, particularly in London (

Location second to none. -
The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the
staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay
comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal
items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed
them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they
were superb and the atmosphere was great.

I liked the bed & bathroom, location was really great for our purpose of going to the Embassy. Really good value for location. -

Welcoming staff efficently cater to international guests who visibly
enjoy the place either for business or leisure. The place is highly

Está muy cerca de Oxford St, que es el centro de Londres y bien comunicado por autobuses. Está a 100 mts de la parada de metro de Marble Arch. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, ponen gel, champu y gorro de ducha diariamente. Está muy limpio y el personal del hotel es bastante simpático. Su Ubicación es inmejorable al lado de Marble Arch, con una estación de metro Oxford street a solo 30 pasos, el Hotel a diferencia de la mayoría de los hoteles de Londres tienes amplias habitaciones, limpias, la atención siempre excelente y atenta. fué muy util la información de como llegar al hotel desde el aeropuerto y recomiendo el servicio Dot

Personal muy agradable y atento. Muy buena ubicación. - I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit
