The hotel it's self was fab! Really modern and clean. The restaurant and bar facilities were brill and there was even a Wii to play on in reception. The room was very spacious and clean, big comfy bed and modern bathroom with power shower. There was also a Ipod docking station which we made good use of. The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips).
Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.

The location is fantastic and right in the centre of Liverpool One giving easy access to the centre of Liverpool and also Albert Dock. The room is a good standard, although small compared with the Marriott. The beds are very comfortable though. The breakfast is about as good as it gets! For a budget hotel this was very good value the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. The staff were helpful. As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.
