The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.
There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected.
Also great having some provisions in apartment for when we first arrived. -

Smart at iQ, Edinburg was a very pleasant surprise for us. The apartment complex itself is very secure.
The bedroom was clean, bright and well set out given the limited space.
The bathroom, whilst also small had everything you need and unlike many higher rated accommodation I've stayed in hot water was available at all times and at a constant temp.
The staff were very friendly and helpful especially to the many foreign visitors there for the festival.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and set in a great location opposite the meadow, only a 10 min walk from the castle and the Royal Mile and everything else you would want to visit. The communication and info offered by Flor prior to the stay was also great. -
The apartment was lovely - felt right at home, however the parking was
very expensive but we manage to find cheap parking away from the
apartment not too far away, about 10 minutes walk. Flor was nice and
text as soon as we arrived to ask how everything was going.

The apartment has an excellent location. It was clean and comfortable
although quite small. The parking is very convenient with a connecting
lift (once you have the key) although it is quite expensive. There are
coffee shops only yards away and plenty of restaurants close by. -

I loved the fact that everything was brand new, very clean and it also
had a kitchenette (toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc). It is located in
a nice area (new residential developments, offices) and just across the
road is University of Edinburgh. It is 20 minutes away from the main
tourist attractions (the Castle, Whiskey Museum, Princess Street). There
is a parking near by (literally the building close to the hotel). The

We stayed at Simpson loan 24/7! Fantastic apartment! We loved it so much, that we booked with VIP apartments for our next stay again! Marc is the best, he really takes care of the guests. It's a really lovely decorated house. The owners are extremely
friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really tasty with good choice of
food (glutenfree, vegeterian, vegan was no problem). The area was
extremely quiet during night time. The house is in walking distance to
the castle and the royal mile. There are several good restaurants in
walking distance (5-10 minutes).
