I like the no fuss "fit for purpose" room accommodation which fitted my budget visiting London. The rooms and beds are clean. The shared toilets and bathrooms are cleaned daily. The proximity to Earls Crt station and within Zone 1 Underground stations met my touristy needs. We also needed the kitchen facilities and coin operated clothes washing & drying equipment . The free brochures and information on London & UK available in the lounge is most helpful to overseas travellers like me!

I liked the staff there and the best was the man.
He was service-minded and spoke with me much.
He was very patient.
I was happy about the location near to the river and the many bridges.

The location was great. Bus stop to West End outside. Staff were all very helpful. Free parking on site. Nice breakfast. Free soft drinks. Live band on Saturday and a bed to sleep in. Outstanding value.

I stayed here for three weeks whilst in between flats and it was a god send! Some nights are under £10, and considering that includes breakfast it's indisputably great value. It was really close to the bus and tube station, cca 2min walk, about 5-10min to center of town by tube. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and pubs just across the street from it. Rooms are neat, staff is OK, even the people staying there were friendly and polite. Really cheap for being this close to the centar and Hyde Park. Worth every penny

we've feeled very welcomed. People are very nice and havea very good behavior. We feel respected. I recommand this place for a studiant who has to pass an exam in london, for example, but also for family in holidays , or any person who like to visit London ...because it is a quiet place .

Mo colleague and I stayed here to see a gig at Wembley. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was clean and tidy. Despite what had been said neither of us had to queue for showers or toilets. Having stayed in many a hostel from Africa to America I can highly recommend this one. -
