We stayed in a Premier room which had the most comfortable and huge bed I have ever slept in. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was tastefully decorated. We had a Grand Studio on the 4th floor and there was no noise from
outside or other rooms. We stayed on a Saturday so we did expect some
noise. The room we had was lovely with a Super King size bed. The room
was quite large and also contained a fridge freezer, a dishwasher,
cutlery & plates, iron, hair dryer, free wi fi, flat screen tv with
Internet access. Also, you had to be out of the room x 11am but for an
extra £10 you could stay in the room until 1pm. Breakfast was simple but

i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. I went with a few friends for a girls getaway and we loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the receptionist Torik who helped us find our way around Manchester, he was really nice to talk to, helpful and helped us get tickets for the local bars. This to me is going the extra mile in customer service which we really appreciated.

Our whole stay from start to finish was fabulous. The location was perfect as we were visiting the city for shopping and sight-seeing. The apartments were clean, spacious and very comfortable. Although we were slightly concerned about noise, this wasn't an issue as it was very quiet during the week. The breakfast was a bonus and truly scrumptious. Staff were friendly and very understanding. We will definitely be back again with more friends.

helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to
ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it
as the room was fine. Breakfast very good choice and staff happy to
offer freshly cooked eggs and porridge.

Very friendly reception. The apartment was very well kitted out! Fresh decor and very clean. There was a little 'wear and tear' but this was minimal. Beds / duvets and pillows were really comfortable.

It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.
