The location was fantastic. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport. The rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful with directions and booking a taxi for our trip to the airport. We had 2 triple rooms on the 10th floor with our daughters

Location is great, though have to walk 5 minutes from Elephant &
Castle Underground station. Staff is super friendly, as they really
helpful on helping me to get into all female-dorm. Free continental

Probably the best hostel I've stayed in London: new facilities, big rooms; bathrooms in the rooms as well as common ones on the floors so there's no need to wait for one to get free; great location near the Elephant and Castle tube station and a shopping centre; great common area.

have to say I liked it very much! I arrived there at 9 am and was given
a room although the check-in time starts from 14:00! The room was

The hotel was just what we needed as we were on a hen weekend. Very pleased with the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful when we wanted to drop all the bags off early prior to a show. The rooms all had single beds which was more acceptable than double beds. The hotel was very good value for money including the breakfast.
