La limpieza en general. La buena calidad de las toallas y sabanas. El edredon estaba muy limpio, q en algunos sitios se nota q esta sin limpiar. Y sobre todo el amplio espacio del apartamento. - La cordialidad de su personal.-Lo confortable de sus instalaciones.-Su excelente ubicación geográfica en la ciudad de Londres.-

The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

I like most things in the hotel. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.

Está muy cerca de Oxford St, que es el centro de Londres y bien comunicado por autobuses. Está a 100 mts de la parada de metro de Marble Arch. We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared.
