Location, location, location!
The room was lovely, bed huge and super comfy with nice linens.
The monsoon shower and double-ended freestanding bath made for a lovely romantic break.

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We had completed the "Special Requirements" part of the booking form regarding check in time and received a call from the Brasserie on the same day who were happy to help and accomodate our request. Very attractive and quirky hotel with a great frontage for taking refreshments...even had a heated wooden gazebo! Great room - very spacious and comfortable. Even though there was music every evening it was not noisy. Fab menu and a buzzy atmosphere in the evening. Very attentive staff who were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space in the two bedroom apartment and had everything that you needed during your stay, it was also very clean. It was an ideal location with it being in the city centre so everything was in walking distance shops, restaurants etc. -

The apartment was absolutely spotless, everything you could think of was there, fluffy white towels, toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar & bottle of milk in fridge. Although we booked a studio apartment we were surprised that there was a fair amount of space in the apartment itself. Plenty of crockery etc., and some tea bags, water and soft drinks which were a bonus. Ideal if you don't like the idea of having huge breakfasts at a B & B or hotel. We would definitely book these apartments again. Very central to the Town.

We went to a dinner & faulty tower show & decided on an overnight stay to make a weekend break. It is perfectly situated within walking distance from the city centre. The young couple running The Camberley are friendly & could not have done more to make our stay any better. The crisp, clean bedlinen made for an excellent night's sleep.

This was the second time we have stayed at the Camberley in a month. no disappointments again. clean and tidy. Kim and simon very accomodating. breakfasts again fab. our son had come down for his birthday with us and was given a lovely double instead of the single originally booked. there was no reason for the kindness just the generosity of the hosts. thanks again and we will be back and will recommend.

Judy is fabulous. Very warm, generous and welcoming. The room was small but perfectly formed with lovely aspect from the window. Amazing breakfast. The Welford is a small hotel that feels a bit like a B&B. The owner is very helpful and friendly without being pushy. We had a room on the street side of the first floor, with a very good bed. Parking opposite was free with a 24-hour license. Breakfast was complete and good. The location is in a quiet street a few minutes from the city center.

Good location, Very friendly and helpfull staff (Tabs). Room 2 at the front is a larger than standard room. Radox products in bathroom only downside a bit flowery for us men good that it was not in sachets but full bottles.Tea coffee, Kettle, Iron and ironing board in room. Loved the fact that we were a two minute walk from the shops and near restaurants for the evening. Excellent value for money and a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Much nicer than your run of the mill holiday inn or travel lodge where they are all the same! Also liked that you had a bar connected so we could have a drink late evening.

Room was slightly on the small side but was bright, nicely decorated & nipping clean, the bed was very comfy, shower was great & my wife loved the complimentary biscuits. Girl on reception was really friendly & efficient. Did not dine there but has a few drinks in the fat badger bar which we enjoyed. The price of the room was excellent @ £59 for a double. Would deffo stay again

We decided on Arden House after reading other reviews on letsbookhotel.com. We were not disappointed. Beverley was a lovely friendly host and gave us all relevant information when we arrived to make our stay most enjoyable. We could not fault the room, food or the other people who were staying there as we made us of the excellent honesty bar after we returned from our nights out in Harrogate. A lovely and enjoyable experience all round.
