Perfect location for access to Derry city centre, shopping centre, pubs,
restaurants and attractions. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious living
area. Cosy bed with effective heating and good bedlinen etc. a proper
home-from-home. Sofa-bed was good-sized and comfy enough for our friend
to stay (supplement paid).

Joan (who runs the B&B) was very friendly and accommodating. Joan
went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable and she was very
helpful in providing a map and pointing out all the
bars/restaurants/shops across the city. The B&B is very
close to the city (3-4mins walk) and restaurant/bars are near by.
The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and
set us up for the day. All in all, it was a great visit to Derry and
when we go back, we will return to Amore B&

I really appreciated Steve's email letting me know about the free bus from the rail station to the city centre, as well as all the local info that he gave me about Derry on my arrival at the hostel. I was upgraded to a two bed room at no extra charge, which was great. This is a very comfortable & centrally located hostel. It has the best break

Helpful, friendly, accommodating staff especially Steve the owner. Great small hostel with a very sociable common room for meeting fellow travellers. Well kept rooms and the facilities were great for self catering... Nothing better than free tea! Safe and friendly area that added to the experience. Thank you Steve!
