The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, from reception to waiting staff. Family friendly atmosphere and you feel you are in the middle of the excitement of the city too.

the staff managed to get everyone out of the hotel . They were
brilliant. They kept everyone informed on what was happening and when it
was apparent we were going to be a while getting back into hotel they
transferred us to a sister hotel in the centre of Liverpool.

For a budget hotel this was very good value the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. The staff were helpful. My husband ate in the dining room and said the food was good for the price. The hotel is in a great location just opposite the Albert Dock with bars, shops and resturants clo

As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.

Nice location. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.

The staff were helpful, room was nice, kitchen was fully equipped, perfect location, brilliant value for money, breakfast included in price, free computers/internet, stayed in 6 bed dorm and was very happy with the shared shower/toilet, towels provided, interior was not hostel like -more like a hotel, everything was great! -

... lo que la gente dice » bunch of lads playing loud music 90% of the time and didn't have one complaint from the extremely friendly staff. they didn't seem to mind us bringing home "strays" and they also met all of our requests (to an extent) and also they had no problem with us missing the check out time on our last day.

Excellent excellent staff. All of them. Loved the service really. I stayed here with family incl. a 5yr old child while on a short and stressful business trip to Liverpool. We were looked after very well. On top of it, excellent food and great location for a shopping day makes it a perfect location.Would love to go back -

Colin made contact with me on check in day and was very helpful when I became stuck in traffic and was going to arrive late. All the apartment basics were available such as tea, coffee, salt & pepper etc. nicely decorated and good central heating which had temperature control.
