Was excellent value and nicely decorated and clean. Had an en suite which was a good size. Comfortable bed. Big tv and our own keys to come and go as we wanted. Great location and the breakfast was nice and plenty of it. Best part is the owners didn't bother you and left you to it but was still about if needed. AAA***

From when i entered the hotel i was greeted by the owner,he was very polite and paid attention to me,he checked me in then offered to carry my bag to the room,he also showed me to the room.
The room was very clean,it was at the rear of the building.

we stayed for one night only to attend a concert at winter gardens the location was fab really close the hotel was really clean and presentable the staff were lovely and offered to do our breakfast one hour early as we all had to get to work the manager said we are very flexible they certainly were ten out of ten and a truly delicous quality english breakfast was served would not hesitate to stay again thank u all at the carlton the lumbs

The friendliness of all of the staff. How apologetic the staff were regarding the lack of parking spaces (see What didn't you like?) Very easy check in and check out procedure. Me and my wife came for for four nights for the International Magic convention in Blackpool and stayed at Tregenna. Room was clean, quiet Jen and Sam are great people, nice breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel and for sure we will stay here again in our next visit to blackpool. -

The guys who run the hotel are really nice people. They were good with
the children and even got us a discount for the pleasure beach which was
really good of them. It was my daughters birthday and they even put a
banner up for her at breakfast. The rooms were clean and clean towels
given every day. The lady in the kitchen was really nice to. A nice
little bed and breakfast that is a few mins walk away from the front.
Thanks again the kids really enjoyed themselves.

The lift to all floors was useful as my husband has arthritis. Breakfast was plentiful and set us up for the whole day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. -
