I loved the fact that everything was brand new, very clean and it also
had a kitchenette (toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc). It is located in
a nice area (new residential developments, offices) and just across the
road is University of Edinburgh. It is 20 minutes away from the main
tourist attractions (the Castle, Whiskey Museum, Princess Street). There
is a parking near by (literally the building close to the hotel). The
location is new and it’s not on the gps – you will be guided to an nhs

The apartment is beautifully furnished and set in a great location opposite the meadow, only a 10 min walk from the castle and the Royal Mile and everything else you would want to visit. Sainsburys is very close by and there is also a lovely place to have breakfast (Peters Yard) right next to the apartment. Would definitely stay there again if we

The apartment was lovely - felt right at home, however the parking was
very expensive but we manage to find cheap parking away from the
apartment not too far away, about 10 minutes walk. Flor was nice and
text as soon as we arrived to ask how everything was going.

The apartment has an excellent location. It was clean and comfortable
although quite small. The parking is very convenient with a connecting
lift (once you have the key) although it is quite expensive. There are
coffee shops only yards away and plenty of restaurants close by. -

We stayed at Simpson loan 24/7! Fantastic apartment! We loved it so much, that we booked with VIP apartments for our next stay again! Marc is the best, he really takes care of the guests. Staff were fantastic. Really friendly and efficient and interested in making our stay enjoyable.
We thought the apartment was well designed, spotless, well furnished and perfect for a short city break. It was very relaxing.
The facilities were great, eg cooking and washing etc.
The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Edinburgh.
We would not hesitate to stay there again, it's much better value and more enjoyable than a hotel.

Good location for MOMA Edinburgh (great food at the cafe there); quick drive; walkable; on major bus routes; also for other town attractions. Murrayfield Stadium very close by. Convenient close parking; off peak free/peak hours (07.30-09.30 & 16.00-18.00) meter @ £1 per hour. There is a disabled driver spot.

The location of the apartments was excellent, five minutes to the town centre. Tesco express at the top of the street, take always and two local bars within two minutes walk from the apartments. The beds must be the most comfortable beds our group have slept in. Spotless and comfortable really impressed and would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to stay in Edinburgh.

We stayed for a long weekend as a group of friends. The lakeside house was very easy to find, the location was ideal for our purpose and the house was fantastic everything we needed was provided! Many thanks!! -
Location, cleverly designed studio apartment, good shops nearby and very convenient for Festival events. Oh, and a PROPER hairdryer.
