First impressions count, and they are good. Paul, the landlord,
greeted me on arrival. He's friendly and just has that knack of
getting people.
Our room was quite spacious, for Blackpool B&B, and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and it was all clean.

We were travelling with our 2 young boys of 5 and 8 and were very pleased with the family room as it had an adjoining room for the boys so we all had lots of space.
We loved the spa bath!
Tram stop right outside the hotel made travelling up and down the promenade very easy!
Excellent value for money - we enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal - we will come back again if we can find the same deal of £105 per night half-board for a family room.

Location was great 5 mins if that away from city centre! Staff amazing and friendly couldn't help any more than they did!!! Great view of the town defo at night!! Pubs bars and club walking distance but in our case cheap in a taxi because we had heels on lol!! Everything you could ask for in a hotel at such a good price!!! -

Was excellent value and nicely decorated and clean. Had an en suite which was a good size. Comfortable bed. Big tv and our own keys to come and go as we wanted. Great location and the breakfast was nice and plenty of it. Best part is the owners didn't bother you and left you to it but was still about if needed. AAA***

Fantastic welcome, hotel owners really nice and friendly people. Went out of their way with advice of local parking and restaurants. Hotel rooms immaculate and really good breakfast! Me and my wife came for for four nights for the International Magic convention in Blackpool and stayed at Tregenna. Room was clean, quiet Jen and Sam are great people, nice breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel and for sure we will stay here again in our next visit to blackpool. -

From when i entered the hotel i was greeted by the owner,he was very polite and paid attention to me,he checked me in then offered to carry my bag to the room,he also showed me to the room.
The room was very clean,it was at the rear of the building.

we stayed for one night only to attend a concert at winter gardens the location was fab really close the hotel was really clean and presentable the staff were lovely and offered to do our breakfast one hour early as we all had to get to work the manager said we are very flexible they certainly were ten out of ten and a truly delicous quality english breakfast was served would not hesitate to stay again thank u all at the carlton the lumbs

The staff were pleasant and polite and the location was the perfect distance from the train station, sea front and pubs/nightclubs. The breakfast was also great. -
