el resepcionista es muy buena persona y muy atento , - La situación era céntrica. Tan céntrica que, al ser fin de semana y como se avisa honestamente con antelación, había ruido de la movida juvenil. Se toleraba bien.

Nice clean rooms, bit small but fine for price paid. Bed comfortable. Staff very attentive. WiFi added bonus! All we needed on hand including iron and board. Very central location and was surprised at what little noise we heard. Jacuzzi bath was a highlight. Was worried about only continental breakfast but needn't had been, lots to choose from and

Was only for one night but would stay again. Very comfy bed, clean white cotton bed linen which smelt of that "just dried in the fresh air" smell, not the usual hotel laundry smell. A massive jacuzzi bath, (bit noisy you would have to shout if you wanted a conversation), the colour scheme easy on the eye, quite restful considering. Good substantial self serve continental breakfast the following morning. Friendly staff.

The park inn is modern and very well done I.e décor and layout,
being a smoker I liked the section of outdoors within the building
which is a great idea saving you from standing out the front. Its in
a good position for shopping etc. breakfast was inc and was of fair
to good quality, however some items did lack flavour. All staff were
very polite.

Staff, food, and facilities were excellent; they even prepared a bowl of porridge to my requirements. It was the little things that were really appreciated, ice/water dispensing machine in hallway, hairdryer and iron available without having to ask and wait our turn, extra pillows and blankets packaged in room and the fact that the hotel is an integrated part of the shopping /travel centre.

Getting to the hotel is very easy if you coming my air then take 727 stagecoach till union square or broad street and the hotel is in front of you and if you coming by train walk 250 meter towards the harbor everything is centrally located if you book ibis union square trust me it is a good deal. I am a disabled individual and when I arrived here were cars parked in disabled spaces and none of them had a blue badge, the staff were excellent considerate and very helpful.
They arranged for the cars to be moved and whilst I was waiting I was given a coffee.
They got me the parking bay.
The next night the same happened the staff had put cones

nice. Reception, even though we were the only ones checking in at that
moment, gave us a double instead of twin. Had to come down again to
reception and wait for double room. No delay. Ofcourse I would recommend

Thank you for the complimentary upgrade to Platinum. A little noisy this
trip with bmx next door but they stopped at nine. Had stayed at many
hotels with no lift so my mother in law was pleased to have one at your
hotel. Had a nice meal with friends downstairs. Did bit use spa but
looked lovely. -
