Lo que la gente dice
Our hostess at Kirkgate House was very welcomming and an excellent cook! Location couldn't have been better - we weren't driving but we were walking distance from everything, including 2mins to the train station (very handy for Harrogate day-trip!). Decor & cleanliness in rooms was excellent, and the courtyard very handy to bring in a sandwich & have a cuppa! Will hopefully return soon & very happy to recommend Kirkgate House. todo comentarios »
Picked this b&b for a weekend break to visit Harrogate and show ground and it was an excellent choice. Knarsbourgh is really quaint and has spectacular views from castle which is less than 5 min walk away. Our hostess was lovely everywhere very clean, bed really comfy, lovely breakfasts and good size room with thoughtfully extras very homely. Would definitely stay there again and highly reccomend kirkgatehouse.
Excellent, perfect place to stay. We had the superior double room it was very comfortable and very clean. The little extra touches were great. Breakfast was excellent. The hosts were really friendly and very helpful. We will definitely go again if in the area.
Great location. Lovely atmosphere created by the owners of the B&B and we were made to feel very welcome. Beautiful view of the town, and we got to watch the birds in the courtyard garden. Room beautifully decorated and very clean. Excellent breakfast.
Lovely house, comfortable, clean & attractive rooms. Close to the station & shopping centre. Karen is a joy, made us feel very welcome & able to relax. Plus a delicious breakfast. What more could you ask for?.
Our stay was brief but delightful!! All of the special touches in the room and breakfast area were well thought out. Karen and her husband were wonder hosts. I wish we would have been able to enjoy more time there.
It was a very friendly well run bed & breakfast. The room was comfortable, the facilities were excellent. No doubt the courtyard will be excellent in the summer. We shall almost certainly stay there again.

Very friendly staff, lovely room, great location, fabulous breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kirkgate House to anyone travelling in the area and would definitely use it again next time we travel north.
The friendliness and very helpful nature of the owners who gave us a top
notch full English breakfast having the previous evening recommended a
superb real ale pub. We have already booked again.
Karan and Rob were lovely, they had done every thing to make our stay enjoyable. Spotlessly clean, our room was decorated in Laura Ashley, Beds were very comfortable . We had a lovely breakfast.

Even though we were very late arriving, we were met by the most welcoming host. Beautiful accommodation. Spotless and luxurious. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Good location for York or Harrogate visits as station is a short walk.
Comfortable quiet room and great breakfast.
Knaresborough has pretty riverside walks.
Very friendly owner. Room was spotlessly clean with excellent en suite. Breakfast was delicious. If the opportunity arose, we would stay here again.
Independent access for guests.
Personal attention was first class.
Local knowledge was most welcome.

Rob & Karen - Great hosts
Very informative.
friendly welcome, good breakfast. Clean rooms.
Very comfortable room. Very good breakfast.
Really nice stay would love to stay again.
Only minor issue was the water-pressure in the shower but understand it's being looked at. It didn't effect our ability to have a hot shower and enjoy our holiday, so I still consider facilities excellent overall, definitely better than 'good'!.
This is not a complaint but may not suit everyone - there is no parking at the house. There is a good car park very near just opposite the Police Station and very cheap. We didn't find this a problem but is something to take into account.
Nothing.
Nothing everything was very good.
Only staying one night!.
No parking outside but nearby car park for just £1 overnight and
opposite the Police Station was most reassuring.
That they were booked up and we couldn't stay another night !!.
The bed was a bit soft for our liking, but that's just our individual taste - so it's not really a complaint.
Having to leave.
nothing.
No parking facilities - but for a centrally-located house in a medieval town, that is only to be expected. There's a long-stay car park just under half a mile away. This might be a headache for a family with young children but not a big problem for us.
Limited Parking but that was OS as parking was cheap.
no problems.
No car parking but parking isn't expensive in the car parks.
