We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Guest House, and stayed in the family room 4, which was nice and big with ensuite bathroom. The house itself is really nice and welcoming, and there is enough space to park cars behind the house.
Hendry is a great host, and ensured that we had a great stay, and he made a great breakfast. Service and hospitaliy is top notch.

We spent just one night but it has been enough to live the authentic spirit of Scotland! The room was very beautiful and the bathroom was fantastic. We had an eccellent breakfast in a lovely dining room. The owner was delicious and very friendly. The house is very close to the center of Inverness(10 mins walk). Very nice place. Warm welcome.

Great location - 5 mins from station by taxi AND a wonderful walk into Inverness along the River Ness. Our family room was very spacious and the double bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Hendry is a splendid owner who does everything he can to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The welcome was wonderful and I felt right at home. Big comfy bed and tea/coffee facilities all there with a choice of very nice biscuits to go with. Choice for breakfast was really good. Wonderful porridge and cup of tea to set me off the next morning. Would definitely stay there again.
Very nice trip, went with my wife and her grandma. Just a few minute drive into Inverness City Centre, which if you park at the railway station the parking is 1.50 for 4 hours, very reasonable. Henry is a very nice man, the rooms are huge and the bed was comfortable!.
Great parking. Especially for my works van. Nice area. Two minutes from city centre. Very welcoming. Lovely breakfast and great hospitality. Working night shift and be able to sleep without any disruptions, fantastic. Beautiful big house and lovely people running it.

Hendry make breakfast so special ... he is a real gentleman, as we know only from movies. If I go back to Inverness, then I go to Hendry and his lovely wife :-).
My stay at park guest hotel was the best yet. I felt very at home and comfortable. Hendry the owner made breakfast every morning and he always asked me how I was,if I needed anything etc. He is a lovely man and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
The staff aws really friendly welcoming and helpful ! The room was confortable and the place not that far from the city centre. A great place to stay for family, friends trips. Would definitely go back there :).
Nothing to dislike it was ideal for where I wanted to be, comfortable and clean the breakfast was very good and the owners were very helpful and friendly. Good value for the price.

Nothing really, apart from the wee walk down the hall way to the bathroom, but certainly not an issue that would put me off booking again.
