  Comfortable bed, plenty of refills tea and coffee when we wanted it, and access to an iron on request. The receptionist was very good about sorting out our upset at being woken by builders at 8am, on the Monday morning we were looking forward to a late morning as on holiday from work, we were given a refund for that day (we stayed 2nights) as we ... lo que la gente dice » had not been told about it, we did not book our stay on premier inn site, we used letsbookhotel.com and they did not have info on their website - The hotel looks recently refurbished. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and made you feel very welcome. The same can be said of The adjoining Brewers Fayre. The food was as expected for the restaurant chain, the staff again put this above others I've eaten at. I would definitely stay here again.
