The staff were very helpful. They coped very well with my gluten free diet at breakfast time, toasting my bread seperately for me. It is closed to airport and the staffs are friendly. I would like to stay in hotel again when I visit London again. Thanks for your recommendation.Pine Lodge had no heating so was moved to a different hotel which was grotty and unclean. The staff were rude and unhelpful. They didnt know anything about my reservation and the courtesy pickup from the airport that I had organised when booking. I have to contact Pine Lodge for the collection from and too the airport. I was left waiting at the airport for 40 minutes to be collected. todo comentarios »
