Very quiet with good views of sea and park yet close to town. Excellent lounge and bar. Piano in restaurant at weekends an unexpected and delightful touch. This hotel was clean, modern and excellent value for money. The staffwere very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thefacilites in the wheelchair accessible room we booked were the best Ihave seen in any accommodation in the uk, with automatic doors intothe room, a wet room with a seat in the shower, wide doors and loweredhand basin
... lo que la gente dice » s. - By far the best budget hotels we have used - fantastic value for money and just minutes away from the Channel tunnel. We were travelling to France early the next morning before the start of breakfast so we were given a takeaway breakfast for the journey! Holiday Inn will definitely be our preferred hotel choice for our next visit!

My family and I loved this hotel! It is absolutely beautiful! The staffwas very friendly and helpful. Room was large and very clean. No complaintsat all and I will stay there again any time I am in the area!!! Thank youfor a wonderful stay! - staff very polite and friendly, hotel and food was excellent should be more than 3 stars, will stay again.

Las sabanas sde la cama no estaban limpias y para no perder tiempo ya que llegamos tarde y muy cansados dormi encima de la cama abrigado como pude - Very friendly and welcoming, a relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent! - Friendly helpful owners and a comfortable room.

Excellent location for the Tunnel, literally 5 minutes away. Everything as you would expect from a Premier Inn, pub and restaurant attached. Comfy bed, decent TV, tea and coffee in room.
We did have a lot of noise in the night - sounded like a door slamming all night, every few minutes. It was a very windy night but they did honour the Guaranteed Good Night's sleep and gave us a full refund without any argument. I would definitely use again.

Everything! A gem of a place to stay and so reasonable and friendly. The Continental breakfast had a good choice of five cerials that came with toast, yoghurt, tea or coffee.
