I liked the whole experience of staying for two nights. The rooms were scrupulously clean, very well proportioned and very comfortable. The little extras like a notepad in the room or the tissues, soap and good sized towels in the shower room made you feel that you were staying in a much more expensive hotel. The breakfast was ample and the choice wide ranging. Car parking was very generous. todo comentarios »
The staff were friendly and pleasant, particullarly the gentleman on
night reception who had to deal with unruly customers with very little
support. The bathroom was excellent with a large walk in shower however
it would be useful if we were informed on arrival that we had to request
bath towels from reception as these are not automatically supplied.
Having previously stayed at Holiday Inn Express and having been disappointed, I was this time pleasantly surprised. I was tempted back by a 50% discount through letsbookhotel.com, and I am very glad I gave it another go. Staff were great this time and facilities are clean and comfortable.
at £39 including breakfast, can't complain.
This is the second time we have stayed here whilst visiting an elderly relative. This time we were on an urgent hospital visit and the staff were extremely helpful and let us have a slightly later check-out so that we could make a morning visit to our relative before heading home.
Relatively new hotel so decoration good, room very comfortable with choice of pillow firmness. Breakfast was excellent although it was difficult to get a table - it was a Sunday morning and the hotel was quite busy. Plenty of car parking spaces.
Great welcome even though it was gone midnight. Excellent facilities and design, good breakfast, very convenient for airport, railway stations and motorways, yet like being in the country.

Very easy to find. Only 10 minutes to Whipsnade Zoo and about the same from Luton Town Centre - plenty of shops.

A warm and welcoming reception from the staff, particularly the lady from Bridgend in Wales. Nothing was too much trouble.

Every thing great the location near to the airport ,the staff was supportive ,serving very good dishes for the dinner with resonable prices ,rooms clean and spacious.
This hotel is highly recommended,I use it each time I visit Dunstable.I have used several Hotels in the area and this is the best for the money with the added bonus of a free Breakfast.
Very comfortable hotel. The room was spotless and had satallite tv and a
good wifi signal. Breakfast was good - precooked hot food and a
reasonable selection on the cold buffet.
My son got married 3 Aug, he was having a lot of friends and family stay over at this hotel, so he choose to wake up with all of us for breakfast with his bride it was a blast.
The room was fantastically clean, spacious and well thought out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast. Top notch for the money. Would stay again.

That I did not find this hotel before.
We were in a ground floor room which unfortunately was very close to
some extremely disruptive and foul mouthed guests. The gentleman on
reception did all he could but apparently had vertually no support.
There were complaints from many other guests and we ended up booking
out at 4am as it was impossible to sleep. Our weekend with family
was ruined.
Cooked breakfast is a bit poor is a bit poor according to my husband - only scrambled eggs, sausage and beans.
It is a problem to find the hotel because of its post code. On satnav, or even on its own website, you are directed to the wrong destination. (The hotel does know about this problem but, at the time of our visit, had not solved it!
Also we would have liked a snack as we arrived in time for a late lunch, but although the bar was open, the kitchen was closed so not even cold food. The only option was crisps or chocolate bars from the foyer.
Would have preferred a firmer bed. Unfortunately the hot food was cold!
But this wouldn't put us off coming back.
Breakfast was a little disorganised. Tables weren't cleared and not large selection or choices with the breakfast items.
As with all Holiday Inn Express hotels the cooked breakfast is sausage beans and scrambled egg - so don't expect a full English!.

None really. Slight error where someone else had used my room number
mistakenly to purchase snacks but the receptionist quickly discounted
this without any bother.

Evening meal menu very disapointing, consequence ate out.
Temperature control could not be turnd to off, fan noise all night not condusive to good sleep.
1 minor detail-the overall choice at breakfast was very good, however we thought the choice for the hot breakfast lacked choice. If bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and fried eggs had been available we would have given top marks.

wi fi didn't work not in the room nor in the dinning room. after we asked we were connected to their private network.

they neded more staff on duty. But it was very cheap.

Breakfast was too late for us as we had to go to Luton airport early. I
guess a lot of people who use this hotel also are airport users. Other
hotels that I have used accomodate this with at least tea, cereals being
available.for the early leavers.... I don´t care that they say "its
complimentary" they should cater for early leavers!!!!.

The people next door to us they kept us awake all night had no sleep they were making a really bad noise all night and even banging on their friends doors a two in the morning I know there is not a lot you can do about that but really spoilt our stay.
Didnt like how the bed moved (think either having wheels thatcan lock or have stoppers on the wheels.
Only thing that let my tripdown was that there wasnt a lot of vegetarian breakfast for my girlfriend. I think it could have been better by having Hash Browns, Vege Fingersor even a menu thatshecould have prdered just for herselfas we tend to stayat the hotel quite often.
No computer/internet service at the business centre for general customer use.As this hotel has conference facilities and is near Luton airport this might be useful.
Booking . com had not booked me into the hotel, we had to book in when we arrived, I am glad they had a spare room, we arrived at 1;30 am.
