Cuando llegamos al hotel, aunque teníamos hecha la reserva con casi 3 meses de antelación, no había habitaciones, pero nos facilitaron un taxi para llevarnos hasta otro hotel y dijeron que me devolverian el dinero de la reserva. El trato por parte del recepcionista, excelente. - Su cercanía a la estacion de ferrocarril y la amabilidad del personal.

Accommodation was excellent and very comfortable had lots of room
for us all to move around.
Reception staff welcoming and very helpful a smile goes a long way. Our dog Tilly was also greeted with a friendly pat and quickly made herself at home. We enjoyed a carvery meal in the restaurant for £4.50pp a fantastic price and didn't break the bank.

Pleasant stay, everything went smoothly; friendly and professional staff - all for a bargain price. Free coffee, tea, biscuits and water is a lovely bonus. Room and bathroom was clean to highest standard. Fantastic central location.

I think what makes Jurys Inn different from all other hotel chain is
that , they do really invest in good staffs, friendly professional team
is what they have , rest assured that youl be looked after really well
when you stay with them, just amazing how excellent these staffs are of
jurys inn , well done. Im a frequent hotel user and tried most hotels so
I definitely know the difference and what differs them from one another.

Las instalaciones del bar - Good location close to railway station and within walking distance of the town centre. Plenty of parking at the rear of the hotel. We asked for a quiet room and were given an excellent room at the rear of the hotel. The room was larger than average, modern and clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was new

I liked the 'period' feel of the place and the rural location, a
pleasant change from the usual budget option. The staff were
particularly helpful and welcoming. The food in the pub was well above

The staff were lovely, i met about 5 of them and all were helpful, polite and nothing seemed too much trouble.
Despite my room faving a pub right outside my window i had no problems with sound and over all had a relaxing stay.

Your staff at derby were fab and very helpfull. Bedrooms where so comfy clean and quiet. We will be useing your hotels more as my son is a footballer and play all over the country. His next game in two weeks is in london playing QPR.and we will be booking with you all this season it was just excelent all round. And thanks again -

There was ample, free parking.The hotel and restaurant staff were attentive and very friendly. The restaurant is reached from the hotel without going outside, there is a choice of type of seating are within the restaurant, and the food was good. The bedroom was of a good size and the double bed huge (!) and very comfortable. The price asked was

The welcoming was excellent & receptionist was very good, we loved the breakfast & the staff had a Easter egg hunt for the children after breakfast, which was excellent, 5*s for service.

Very friendly welcoming staff who couldnt do enough for you, room was
clean, smart with extremely comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom the
shower was great I didnt want to get out! Located very central to town-
restaurants, bars, shopping but without being noisey. Easy 5 minute
drive to countryside, 40minites to alton towers. Breakfast was good

early like some hotels, would definitely stay again! -
The location was good adjacent to the bus station, and easy to locate. The receptionist was very attentive and checking in was a breeze, she even called our rooms after arrival to enquire if we were happy and was there anything else that we required. The rooms were clean and spacious and there was a 24 hour bar and also room service which was a great bonus. Will be visiting in the future and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Derby.

We only stayed one night but our friends told us Days hotel is like Travel Lodge. It isn't. It is much better and we were very pleasantly pleased about the quality of service and the room. No meals so we can't make any comments on your restaurant but the reception staff were very welcoming and very pleasant/helpful - Your staff were excellent. The

Staff were really friendly when we arrived late at night and showed us to our room, explaining everything too. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfy. Would recommend this place!! -
