This is a new business and the owners are doing a great job of making you feel very welcome. We got the impression that there are still one or two small jobs to correct but no doubt they will be perfected. The whole house has been converted to a very high standard and is extremely clean and modern.
Neil went out of his way to get skimmed milk for breakfast which was much appreciated, and his knowledge of the area was very useful. The breakfast was excellent including a superb fresh fruit salad. todo comentarios »
Lovely friendly welcoming owners, gorgeous decor & comfy big bed. Really lovey breakfast, local produce. I noticed Neil knew everyone's names. I think that's a great quality to take the time to learn that. Great location & taxi's are about £3.50 from town so treat yourself & don't do the walk up hill back. Car park on site. Choose a room with a view, the views from here are stunning.
the reception on arrival was excellent.The owners very friendly ,rooms very clean we had a bath in our room which is a must when I go away as don't get time to relax in one at home.
Excellent hosts, lovely views, decorated to high standard, exceptionally clean and tidy, free parking which in Dartmouth is a big plus!!! Close to the town, just a steep walk!.
The chic and stunning decor, the fabulous welcome and hospitality of Neil and Neville, the superb local produce and the location of the hotel - altogether fantastic stay!.
The room was large and lovely. Fabulous view from the window (room 10). Our host was lovely. Nice breakfast. I would definitely come back here.

It would have been nice to have a heated towel-rail in the bathroom, but maybe that is to come.
I would have liked a bath seeing a superior room, but shower was lovely so didn't matter.
some galsses in room would be helpful light fitting banged on door and wall {but I know they are sorting this !}another chair in our particular room would have been helpfull.
There was nothing we didn't like, would just have appreciated a bath sheet maybe, rather than a bath towel.

Maybe the walk up the hill from town but we avoided that with a taxi!.
The only couple of things to comment on are (i) that the wi-fi signal was weak and (ii) that although it is fairly close to Dartmouth centre it is up a very steep hill and walking back to the hotel would give some people an issue.
