Very good price, thanks to the good promotion.
Easy access to public transport:
- Bus stops at the Hotel you can reach:
a. East Croydon Railway station (10 minutes)
b. Waddon Railway (3 min) or 10 min walk.
So it is better for business, but we were satisfied for sightseeing as well.
Room size is ok.
Cleanness 100%.
Staff were very polite and nice!!! Thanks!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping filled up the welcome tray day by day for free. The WiFi was free as well. There was an iPod dock which also had an alarm function.

I looooovvvveeee Lansdowne! It is value for money! Free gym incl. Which
has jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Swimming pool is small (not the
average 25m- but that's not a bad thing when you just want to
chill!). Right next to croydon town centre for food and shopping. Next
to trams and bus stops (some buses are 24 hour) and East Croydon station
with fast trains to Victoria and London Brigde which each take approx.
15Mins. Most importantly, the rooms are clean. Some of the rooms are
more spacious

I especially liked the staff - who handled every request with a smile and good grace. Special commendation to Eyab Sisay. You don't need Acqua di Parmi's bath products nor 1200 thread count Egyptian cotton-sateen sheets when you have lovely people running the place. Generous and delicious breakfast too in Coombes Lodge. -

The lady who greeted us at reception was exceptional. (Approx 14:30 on
24th May). She said her shift hadn't long started so she was still
there late evening. She explained how we travel to the city and to call
reception for help with anything. A very good member of staff. -

Buena atención y habitaciones espaciosas - the rooms were nice n clean and we found them very relaxing and comforting. the hotel staff made us feel really at ease n welcomed us warmly. - No fuss, everything I needed and staff very friendly

Free wifi (although the login process is slightly annoying after a couple of times)
Included breakfast is easy going self-serve (coffee from the machine is a bit meh)
Bathroom is well stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel which is always handy given the restrictions on liquids when flying. On that note, the shower in the room was excellent -

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel, and I really liked everything about
it. Just amazing !!
- Very clean, room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every time.
- Beautiful hotel for those who want a "classy" hotel with good prices.
- The staff was very friendly and they really knew what they were doing.
- Room contained every thing we needed: television screen, small table, a sofa bed, an iron, an air conditioner, etc ...
- Bathroom was really clean and good.
- Breakfast was the best
