Me and my partner came for a break away, we only stayed one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We eveb had the chance to have a breif conversation with the owner who was very friendly and helped us decide where we were going out that evening.

Everything was spotless! Beautiful surroundings in a really quiet area, ideal after a long day! Staff are really friendly and professional, food in the restaurant is to die for! The rooms are not too big but well decorated, bed really comfy, one of the best relaxing nights I had for a long time! Definitely will stay there again!

A relaxed place to stay. Did not have the hustle and bustle of a bigchain hotel. Very clean also. - very nice hotel on beautiful grounds. staff are v friendly and food was wonderful.

Was my first visit to a non-USA Holiday Inn. Restaurant and bar where much nicer than any US property. Workout facilities were also great with lots of equipment and space to work out. I didn't have my kids with me, but it seemed very family friendly. - very efficient-as arrived very late, by taxi with a baby and lots of baggage

I contacted the hotel before my stay to advise of an early check in and this was noted and accepted when we arrived. Hotel was located by the river and the views were lovely. The restaurant was amazingly good and exellent value for money for that kind of food and service, all in all a truly enyoyable stay, whit the tranquility of Maidenhead, but near all of west london main atractios Windsor, Hampton Court, Richmond, Kew Gardens, Oxford, and Heathrow, if you are driving this is the way to go. - The dinner was excelent

Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

I've stayed in hotels all around the world from Claridges to the
Raffles in Singapore as part of my job and none can compare with the
friendliness, hospitality and comfort of the Norfolk Hotel. I had a very
difficult task to undertake whilst I was in Taplow which took 12 days to
complete, 10 days longer than planned! It was an absolute pleasure to
return to the hotel each evening and experience the Irish welcome

Very nice location on quiet street, but only about 15 minutes from Heathrow Airport. Picture doesn't show how nice the inn really is. Small place but the staff were very friendly, and extremely helpful. Beds were comfortable, large bathroom and shower. Served traditional pub fare, which was very good. -
