  We stayed here for 5 days. From our arrival to our departure this was a very pleasant experience. The staff and the owner made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We got the impression that they would do anything to accommodate their guests. Our room was very spacious and had everything you could ask for. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. A truly wonderful place to stay.

  I don't stay at many guest house/B&Bs these days due to new family but if this sector of British holiday History slips into extinction I hope The Ashmount is the last one to survive.
