The hotel is in a wonderful old building. The food is excellent, and our room was comfortable, with a fine bathroom. - The hotel was very atmospheric, almost like going back in time, but with every madern convenience and glorious food.

The owners, Nigel and Amanda were so friendly and welcomed us both with a pot of tea and homemade flap jack to die for. Nothing was too much trouble. They are new to the area but have embraced Brixham and familiarised themselves with the local history and offer wonderful advice for restaurants and bars.
The rooms were beautifully decorated, with everything clean and well maintained and
I have never slept in a more comfortable bed.
The sun shone in the morning and the views were truly fantastic.

Whole stay was excellent, very clean room, everything's neat and tidy but the best - breakfast, as we're not fans of english cuisine, both plates were clean :)

Extremely clean, simple and convenient. The bedding was very comfortable, and the location unbeatable. The free parking next to the beach is very handy.
On requesting a sea view due to the room being booked for an anniversary, staff obliged and also left a congratulatory card in the room for arrival. -

Clean and comfortable with great parking, good breakfast but most of all owners were friendly and very helpful and it felt like home from home. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to friends. -

Friendly owners who made one feel at home. Excellent breakfast with good choice and happy to provide special meals if told in advance. Overall a good B&B in a good location. -
in my opinion Lynn and peter are a great example to the paighton tourist industry they were a wonderful couple and made us feel very much at home 10 out of 10 ..
