Atmosphere great. Room high standard with the most comfy bed and gorgeous bedding. We stayed in bedroom 3 which has a big bay window and a balcony. We really can't describe how great our room was! Fantastic location, really friendly staff. Room was lovely and the decoration was modern, crisp and clean. The breakfast was amazing. There was a huge firework display while we stayed and we sat out the front with big mugs of coffee and had the most fantastic view. Checking out the manager said we could leave our car for as long as we liked and enjoyed our last day. A wonderful place to stay in a beautiful location

The hotel has a fine location on a height on the outskirts of St. Ives, reached by a very narrow driveway. Our room had a spectacular view over the coast and town. Everything. It has a lovely relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I would describe our stay there as a five star experience from a three star hotel. Whilst it may not be the cheapest place to stay, you gets what you pay for and with this hotel you get a lot. St Ives is a magical place to stay and this hotel just is the icing on the cake.

I was with my daughter and granddaughter who is 17months old. Our room was perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and included in the price. If you are looking for a boutique type hotel this is not for you, but I would stay here over any boutique hotel. The setting was magnificent. Beautiful grounds and woodland

The hotel was absolutely amazing! So friendly and had a lovely warm welcome and ports of smiles and politeness from all staff. Food was delicious and well presented.
Our room was AMAZING, we had a beautiful view of the sea and the room was kept nice and clean everyday by the wonderful cleaning staff.
We will be staying again with you in the future!

This hotel is excellent all round. Location in the rocky cliffs with superb views from dinning area, bar and balconies is first class. The breakfast offers a choice for all tastes with lots of fresh fruit, bars snacks are good for a mid day nibble and the evening meal offers a wide variety of well prepared locally sourced food. Lovely small heated pool from which you can see the ocean as you swim. Staff completely helpful and friendly. What is there not to like?

We liked how close it was to the station and that it was only a short walk down the hill to everything in the town. The manager William was very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was delicious, and he made us bacon sandwiches to take with us because we were leaving and didn't have time for a full breakfast was great!! OMG the best experience in our European trip. We were welcomed by the manager, he insisted on taking our bags to the room, he offered us hints on our walk into town, wished us goodnight, cooked our breakfast and the ONLY one to wish us safe travels.
