  I stayed at this hotel for a romantic break and was really pleased to have been upgraded to a fantastic four poster room. Excellent food, really great staff ( Andre and Michelle never stopped smiling!!) and a lovely location.   We had a great meal in the Lamb restaurant. We actually stayed next door in the Bay Tree Inn, however, because of a booking mixup. The room there was splendid - Very pleasant staff and the hotel was full of character, the food was excellent, we would recommend it to friends and family
