Staff are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is right.
Even though they had an annual performance audit being carried out on the morning that I arrived, the staff still made time to help me by keeping my luggage behind reception while I went to a meeting so I could check-in later.

Bed was excellent - we actually looked to see what make the mattress was, but ran out of time or were distracted before we could find it.
Pillow was excellent.
Went to the Brewers Fayre for breakfast - Chef made me a bacon and cheese omellette which was not on the menu, was very happy about that!
Staff were very helpful in pointing out where indoor playgrounds could be found.

The inn is situated in a nice rural location. Although right on the main road into Bridgewater the traffic noise was barely audible. Friendly, helpful staff served good food with a minimum of delay. The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the powerful shower. -

very helpful manager and staff... nice position only 30 mins walk into Bridgwater.... rooms warm n cosy....evening meal choice very good and nicely cooked. -
I liked the location, the friendly atmosphere, the clean and comfortable room, as I was a woman traveling alone for the first time I felt safe.
