  limpieza - Everyone was extremely friendly and more than happy to help. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the City Centre but in dire weather (as was this weekend) taxi's are happy to pick up/drop off. - Only stayed overnight but impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, especially reception when booking in.

  I liked the friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff - I had visited for my mother-in-laws 90th birthday and a few family members met with us for a meal which was excellent - thank you for this as I lost my husband (her son) in Jan. of this year so the ocasion was special as I had not seen her since his death as I live in County Durham. I hope to visit again in the spring - all being well. - Very comfortable rooms which were very spacious with excellent tiled bathroom. Beautiful beamed bar and restaurant, very cosy with excellent food, included a Sunday lunch and children's menu. Good selection of real ales. A very good value place to stay when visiting Canterbury.
