Leisure facilities although not used looked exceptional and i must allow mself more time next visit. Breakfast was great.

The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel. The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

... lo que la gente dice » ey recoment this hotel to anybody the young and the old. the breakfast was yummy. there was anything and everything from toast,full english to yoghuts.worth the money. - Excellent location - easy walk to the town centre and the beaches. Myroom had a double bed with a side sea view which I liked very much. Itwas quiet and relaxing (ie no long children or noisy families) and thebreakfast was very good - a more than adequate variety (fresh, goodquality). The staff were nice, helpful and yet unobtrusive.
