Premier Inn Bognor Regis - Fotos
Lo que la gente dice
We stayed one Sunday night in the hotel in late August, to avoid having to drive on the bank holiday Monday to Butlins where we were having a longer break. We checked in with the most welcoming, helpful and informative receptionist I've ever encountered in a hotel. Such a pleasant arrival - he gave my daughter colouring in pages and some crayons, remembered her name, and told us about an event in the local town that evening in case we wanted to go, plus booked us a table in the restaurant appe. todo comentarios »
Avery walm welcome registering at the hotel .
The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we required .
we had breakfast in the lounge area of the hotel . Everything was fresh , very good service and food and choice offered.
Hotel was lovely just a shame we were next to a very loud family who were shouting til after 12 and running up and down hall which kept my children awake.
Everything . This is the best Premier Inn we have ever stayed in. The
attached pub/restaurant , The Robin Hood, was excellent too !!.
The staff were fantastic! We were greeted with such warmth. We couldn't have asked for a better greeting.
Good location, family sized room was great. Good breakfast selection and
friendly staff.
Very friendly helpful staff, reasonable meal in the restaurant next door.
The reception staff were helpful and the room warm and snug.
staf friendly and helpful. Food good.
Very friendly staff and location.
Warm welcome, comfy beds,.
the pub vary freindly.
Staff excellent.
everything.
The staff.
Norman at reception was exceptional, very helpful and welcoming 5 star
plus.
More relaxing chairs in the rooms.
The breakfas was nice. The size of the rooms.
It seemed a little far outside Bognor but the other nearest Premier Inn was in Chichester
We had a noisy heater in the room. However we were given a discount the following morning for our breakfast in view of the nights disruption. The bed was very comfortable .
Excellent staff A credit to the chain.
The noisy family in room 12 had no consideration for others.
Nothing to do with the hotel, but you have to take your life in your
hands driving out on to the main road, due to overhanging trees and
bushes blocking your view to the left.
The receptionist explaining that we 'could' have paid 29 gbp
instead of 99gbp. But we didn't book early enough. He even delighted
in showing me other bookings for the same night who paid 29gbp. Why
can't you have a flat room rate? We paid for 2 nights and to be
honest it upset the trip feeling 'ripped off'.
Nothing.
Breakfast was a disaster and we left after waiting 30 minutes for our
breakfast order to be delivered. Cost was reimbursed but advised to
contact catering company - unacceptable as Premier took booking to
include breakfasts.
The price.
Only 2 tea bags in room. Not enough warning that you are approaching the premier inn. We weren't aware that it was attached to a pub and almost missed it.
nothing.
Disable access room but with a BATH.
Not easy to drive in and out of carpark. On the corner of a very busy road.
nothing.
We were in room 24 and it was very close to a ventilation flue, which disturbed my partners and my sleep as it came on and off all during the night.
Rooms were not cleaned daily, when I got into bed, there was a magazine
I had read under the quilt, left it there the next day, and when we
checked it was still there, think all they did was pull up the quilts.
Towels were where we left them, same sheets on the 3 days we were there,
bath was also how we left it.
The bathroom /toilet in room 14 is too small.
Disabled car park.
The Mattress.
The timing of breakfast was inconvenient. The house keeping was very
bad. They never changed the bed sheets during my stay and I actually had
to ask them to vacuum the room!.
