The staff were extemely helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was really lovely and so was the food. There was a really nice atmosphere too. We would definately stay there again. - Very friendly staff, very good food, clean, comfortable room, car parking at the rear of the Hotel

Fitness/gym facilities and pool. All staff very friendly and helpful - It was good to find a hotel with a decent size sauna, swimming pool, steam room and a jacquzzi, all of which worked and were clean. The changing room were very very good for this type of hotel

Booked at short notice, based on reviews on this site. Just returned home. Having stayed we can say that the reviews were spot-on! The hotel is stylish, very clean, the rooms are huge and very comfortable. The bathroom is large. Fluffy towels. Room nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet was was good. We had a twin room on the 3rd floor, it was very spacious, the beds were
comfortable with a choice of pillows which was a nice touch. The towels
were a good size and quality and the soap/shampoo(etc) dispensers in
the bathroom were again a brilliant touch. The coffee machine in the
lobby was brilliant and gave nice strong hot coffee. The staff were also
cheerful and helpful. The hotel is well situated for shopping in

A good hotel in ideal location to Birmingham New Street station.
After my very disturbed first night I went to the Reception desk next morning and asked if I could be given another Room where I was likely to be able to get a good nights sleep. The receptionist was very pleasant & most helpful.
She kindly arranged for my Room to be switched to No.310. This proved a huge improvement and I slept soundly all through Saturday night. I was very grateful.
