  Andy was a very hospitable host & made our stay enjoyable. Our room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I would recommend Potts of Flemingate to everyone. - Good location within 5 minute walk from the market square; good quality breakfast; proprietor attentive and helpful

  Very welcoming friendly place. Informal in a good way. A quiet situation which was still very handy for the town centre. The breakfasts were excellent. Everything was top quality (apart from the kippers - see next column.)
