I liked everything about this location. The guest amenities were thoughtful, caring and very welcoming. The location is excellent, the flat was very warm and comfortable. The owners did everything in their power to leave us with nothing to want for. It was a home away from home and such a beautiful experience. I am grateful to the owners for making my stay a comfortable and memorable one. They truly care about their guests. I can't wait to go back.

The staff was so excellent even in the event of an emergency at a local construction site the staff went above and beyond to help. nothing bad to say at all about our stay.

Lovely large room with huge bathroom, the freestanding bath was a really nice feature, the only problem being inadequate lighting in the bedroom area - lovely lamps etc but I couldn't see what I was getting out of my case properly!!. Yes, the stairs are a bit of a nightmare (certainly get you puffing), but they wouldn't stop me staying here again

We stayed for 2 night - very impressed with johnathon the manager he no's his trade, the breakfast waitress very proffessional and helpful and breakfast very nice and plenty to start you off for the day, the room very nice and comfortable. thankyou very much to the manager johnathon,sally and staff. i would definatly recomend youre hotel to friends and family

From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort. Breakfast was great...much better than I have found at a hotel buffet and they have a menu from which you can order for eggs and pancake

Beautiful small house on the top of the hill, the spring is murmuring downstairs. Wonderful garden views from all windows. Nobody around. Very quite and peaceful place, Very comfortable apartment. A little bit too expensive, but probably it is because we spend there only one day - the week will be cheaper. -

The location so close to the city centre. The staff professional, curteous, kind & could not do enough to ensure my Mum & I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious plenty of choice. The cottage was perfect for a get away from it all weekend. The cottage was lovely, beautifully furnished to a high standard. The garden with a brook and a sun house was the icing on the cake. The bird feeders were an added bonus attracting many different varieties of birds. -

We were about 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre and the place was very peaceful, comfortable, clean and friendly. Free wireless access to the internet and free parking nearby were a great bonus. Queen Charlottes Orangery is unique. It is like stepping into a fairy tale with its' beautiful furnishings and garden. We were made to feel extremely welcome by Greg who showed us to our room called Sofia which was absolutely delightful with a four poster bed and all the comforts one would expect from a four/five star hotel.
