The way the receptionist quickly assessed my husband's disability and immediately changed rooms to make our stay as easy as possible.
This was our First time here we only stayed two nights traveled down for a family wedding. Everything as a Hotel should be.
Toni on reception - very professional, friendly and gave good recommendation for evening meal. Lovely and clean rooms.
Maggie was especially helpful and friendly! She's a wonderful representative for your organization!.

Staff. Comfortable bed.
Quiet and comfortable.
Staff very friendly.
Walls are very thin, you can hear everything.
We didn't find anything we didn't like about the Hotel.
Breakfast organisation - no cups then dirty cups. Had to use great big jug of milk to put milk into teacup. Toasters dangerous - had to use tongs to get bread out of one.
leaving.
Adjacent food venue was basic and a bit cramped. OK for breakfast but not great in the evening. Two for one food is only good when there's two of you!.
i have no bad points.
We did think the price was a little steep! We expected to pay about £35/40 for the night.
Beds not as good as previous premier inns I have stayed in. Showers very poor indeed - shocking water pressure.
Poor choice of coffee making facilities.
I checked in at 7:30pm and checked out at 8:30am the following day. I feel that Premier Inn should have rates which reflect the time you actually stay. It doesn't seem fair to pay £138 for 2 rooms used for 11 hours and the same price for the full time allowed of 22 hours.
Food very hit & miss at pub.
Walk back from town centre dodgy encounter on Sunday night.
The Room was cold at times kept having to adjust heating.
would have liked to stay a bit longer looked like a lovely place.
Bar shut too early.
The room was very spacious with a small heater and didn't warm the room up. Had to put a tshirt over my nightdress in the middle of the night.
One hour wait after ordering breakfast!
Fire doors chained shut in reataurant during breakfast session.
Dim lighting in bathroom.
Nothing.
Disabled room has very low bed. I couldn't get off the bed without considerable help.
Nothing.
The bed was too hard and the springs could be felt through the mattress.
We have stayed at the Premier inn at Heathrow and the bed was very good there.
The management of the pub which were in charge of our breakfast was
shoddy, racist, poor in every way. They were rude slow and turned away
members of the family who had prepaid, allowing others into restaurant
instead members of which were not brazilian. We found this distressing
and reported it to premier inn staff who refunded our money. Dreadful
service and poor standards in the pub.
Room Temperature too low on arrival.
Shower temperature fluctuating.
Not sure wether we would stay for breakfast again, not impressed with overall cleanliness of the horse and jockey pub next door plus the food seemed overcooked.
no coffee satchets or hot chocolate in room.
Room had a smoker in it before.Need more towels.
The mattresses on the beds in our room were awful, and so lumpy we had to take duvets off the other beds to lay on. Certainly not luxury beds as advertised and an uncomfortable night of poor sleep. I did complete a comments form to this end and handed it in to the Reception, but they were very busy so made no further comments to them as we left. After all, everything else was very good.
Not enough tea/coffee/milk & suger in the room needs another armchair and getting bitten during the night by bed bugs reported to reception staff but no positive response from them.
really needed air con some of rooms were supplied with a fan but some of my friends did not get one so because of warm weather they did not sleep very well
the pub and restaurant was the worse i have visited it was dirty under staffed and closed when it suited them ?.
The postcode for satnav was quite a way out so took another half an hour to find.
We had to pay extra for the breakfast where as when we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express the breakfast was included for £28 less.
nothing.
On a main road so a lot of traffic noise, even through the night.
the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I think I have every tried to sleep on. The springs of the mattress were more prominent than the rest of the mattress. Neither of us could sleep in was so uncomfortable. Get better mattresses is my advice to Premier if they are going to make a guarantee of 'clean and comfortable'. Clean, yes comfortable, definately not.
Cars parked immediately outside ground floor window, which had to be
open all night as no air-con. Kept awake for bloody hours with vehicles
running outside. Only enough tea/coffe for 1 person. Soap & loo
roll from dispensers like a public toilet. Very small double bed. No
shampoo, bath foam etc.
Rather basic business hotel - quite pricey as we booked at the last
minute so didn't get a special deal. Location and rubbish in car
park made it look a bit tatty.
Sink plug didn't work
Room was a bit too close to the road.
Breakfast was appalling. Our Room wAs far to far from reception which we
requested a room close due to my disability. Dirty dishes left in room
since Friday until we left and lack of towels every day.
