Excellent location - near to The Motorpoint Centre & Meadowhall Shopping Centre. On arrival the hotel's computer system was down but staff remained professional, helpful and very welcoming. with disabled access for my parents, one family room for my brother, his
wife and two youg children plus a third for my husband and I. All rooms
had been allocated close together on ground floor. Noted how quiet it
was despite busy road and tram outside. Good parking. Restaurant very
good with plenty of choice and meal deals available including breakfast.

Bedroom and bathroom were both very clean and to a high standard.Room facilities of tea/coffe, kettle, hair dryer and TV were great.Breakfast had an excellent choice of items.

Excellent value for money. (An added bonus was its location alongside the grammar school I attended 1943-48 which I hadn't seen since then!) - We were attending a local wedding and all the staff were very helpful providing directions and information regarding the venue.

the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day.. Double bed was very comfy. There was another large room with two single beds pushed together so this would do for another couple or could be pulled apart for two other occupants. Great apartments, welcoming, clean, quite and secure. Had all the facilities we'd expected. Even though we'd had been given the wrong door code on our booking form, this was soon sorted by helpful and friendly staff with a short phone call. Overall, great place to stay. -
