I liked the whole experience of staying at the Piersland. We received a warm welcome and were shown to the most beautiful room which had a wonderful bathroom almost as big as the room. The welcome in the dining room was equally as good and the food and wine were excellent. As we had to leave next morning to catch an early ferry, the staff went out

I was at a wedding at a nearby hotel and did not have the opportunity to
sample all of the Piersland's facilities. However I did find the
staff and bar service first class. The room was the lodge/cottage to
the left. My partner and I were very pleasantly surprised by the comfort
and layout. Room service breakfast was more than sufficient.

Fantastic Value for money. The rooms were huge and so was the bed. All modern fittings with speakers in bathrooms. Breakfast was exellent with a wide choice and all the staff seemed to genuinly enjoy their jobs which rubbed off on the atmosphere. I will deffinatly return! -

La situación y las habitaciones - Upgrade to executive suite for no extra charge. Leisure Club facilities and very friendly and helpful staff who made you feel very welcome. Breakfasts were excellent too. We enjoyed our stay very much - Well sited in relation to Ayr town centre . Delightful views of Arran. Staff very efficient and friendly.
