Shuttle service was ideal for me. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean and I was able to have a good nights sleep before an early start to fly to France for meetings the next day.Relatively quiet- some traffic noise until late.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and the facilities were fantastic. I was staying there due to a wedding and they made the room available to be earlier in the day than normal.This is thought was extremely nice of the hotel staff and excellent from a customers point of you. - It was my best friends wedding and all the staff were very polite and helpful - nothing went wrong for anyone

I have stayed here before and if the price is still ok I will stay next time I am in england. The hotel is clean the staff are pleasant and effıcient. - I really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool bath. The food was great, You can truly relax here more often at these prices, thank you.

quiet, very nice and helpful receptionists, comfortable beds, bus/Metro easy to reach, freshly renovated clean room. would stay there again for sure. transfer to airport ~15minutes by taxi - The room was comfortable,the shower was excellent, lovely hot water, good pressure. Enjoyed the art on the corridor walls.

friendly staff, we asked for a late check out and had no problem. Also couldnt find the hotel, we called and they guided us in problem. - It was very basic but we got what we paid for. It was good value for money and very convenient to where we wanted to be.

... lo que la gente dice » ased with our stay. - The whole experience - location (near the University halls of residence), excellent staff, both at reception at time of arrival and in the restaurant, secure parking,cleanliness and the fact that it has recently been refurbished. Oh and they gave us a free room upgrade.

The Heart Apartments are in a great location on the outskirts of Manchester yet only a short tram or taxi trip into the city centre.
Have previously stayed in the city centre and much preferred Media City UK.
Very handy for the Imperial War Museum, great shops in the Lowry centre.

Concierge staff are outstanding and can't do enough to help. -
We had 2 bedroom appartment which was spacious and well equiped. I liked the fact there was tea/ coffee/washing up liqued and cloths. The linen and towels were excellent. certainly stay here agian on next visit to Manchester. Tram runs out from city centre and appartments only a few mins walk. Booth's shop round the corner has everything you would require for a stay. Lovely food and drink products.
