right by the Thames. Friendly, efficient welcome from obviously highly
professional staff, who quickly changed the beds when we pointed out

Staff was exceptional, I have never experienced such seamless service.
Housekeeping kept our room spotless. The housekeeper even offered to have a humidifier brought to our room when she heard me coughing. How thoughtful.
While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea.
We were sitting in the lounge area and a staff member from the front desk noticed we needed refills on our beverages and alerted the food and beverage staff. I could go on and

The apartment was perfect! Location, size, comfort, cleanliness and amazing views. I was bringing my children to see Pink at the O2 combining it with some sightseeing. My mum and a friend also came and spent the evening in the apartment and cooked a meal whilst we were at the concert. I chose the Apple apartments because of the location being in between the O2 and the city and I couldn't have made a better choice. We only stayed for one night but I can honestly say I could've happily staye

This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of London, & close to several of the attractions. With the tube being within walking distance, & a bus stop just below the apartment, it was a really convenient location. conveniently positioned for many of the top tourist attractions. There
is a perfect view of the top of the Shard from the Balcony. A real
plus is that The Bus Stop is immediately outside the front door
,Waterloo Tube station only 10 minutes walk and Lambrith North Tube
station only 4 minutes walk which makes for easy travel around
London.There is a great variety of take-away outlets ,restaurants,pubs

Fabulous location, staff could not have been more helpful. The design is really cool, the rooms lovely and the roof top bar serves delicious value food and drinks - delicious food too.
Would recommend if you want a very lively, fabulously designed hotel in a great location.

We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.

Our room overlooked the river. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.
