I've just returned from a two night stay at Aloft London Excel where I had a great time. Although this hotel is not in the centre of London, the DLR line (a metro line on the surface) station Prince Regent has direct access to the hotel and the station of Tower Gateway, in the centre of London, is within a trip of 15 minutes. Wonderful flat near to the center with good neighbourhood and accomodations. Everything is near. Very comfortable, cosy, amazing view and location. Enjoyed our holiday in that flat and didn't want to leave. Everything is just as described. Thank you very much!

Staff was exceptional, I have never experienced such seamless service.
Housekeeping kept our room spotless. The housekeeper even offered to have a humidifier brought to our room when she heard me coughing. How thoughtful.
While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea.
We were sitting in the lounge area and a staff member from the front desk noticed we needed refills on our beverages and alerted the food and beverage staff. I could go on and

Very friendly and professional staff. Andre on reception was especially
helpful and consoling after he advised us that our o2 concert (Rod
Stewart) had been cancelled. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant
instead (perfect steaks) and the waiting staff were polite and
attentive. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept soundly.
Quiet surroundings around the hotel. The dlr at Deptford bridge very
close by(3 min walk) so getting into Greewich village very easy to see
all the sites. Centr
