Lovely, double-aspected and warm room with v comfortable bed.
Friendly, helpful and informative staff.
Kitchenette supplies - nice to have a mug! - though would have liked to have been able to make myself an early morning cup of tea to have in bed without having to get dressed and walk a bit of a distance down the corridor!
Good-sized towels.
The fact that there wasn't a television!
Great choice of different fruits/fruit prep for breakfast.

Chose this hotel because of proximity to new Arena - it's just a few minutes walk away.
It's more a city pub with rooms.
Handy for shopping, theatres and eating out.
Staff were efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Good location, Very friendly and helpfull staff (Tabs). Room 2 at the front is a larger than standard room. Radox products in bathroom only downside a bit flowery for us men good that it was not in sachets but full bottles.Tea coffee, Kettle, Iron and ironing board in room. Owners have taken care to maintain property to excellent standards.
Rooms were clean, comfortable and comfortable and new shower and
bathroom meant no irritating plumbing problems. Location is close
(walking distance) to city centre yet in a very quiet tree lined cul de
sac in a sllepy neighbourhood for a most peaceful stay. Breakfast
excellently cooked to order and owner extremely helpful and hospitable.
