Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room by putting me in a peaceful canal-facing room at the end of a higher floor. In a rather full hotel the staff really went out of their way to accommodate us. We were visiting in Gildersome and this location was perfect. -
