I was there for my retirement party, arrangements were taken care of by 2 collegues, food was excellent, staff very friendly. I booked 3 nights here as price was right. Room small and sparse but adequate for our simple needs.
The hotel is under a car park and besides a casino, bowling alley and cinema, like a mini mall enclave.
As this is budget stay - you pay for extras. Save 2 quids if you don't get room serviced during your extended stay.
Internet is 3 quids for 2 timed hours and signal available at the breakfast hall on 6th. It is fast though so that was fine.

very close to the city centre,close to theatre and concert venues,also reception got us tickets face value for concert,also left phone charger but was sent to us with no fuss excellent service - This overnight stay was a gift for Anniversary for relatives. They were extremely happy with the hotel and the facilities.
